You can add an Accessibility Shortcuts button to the Menu Bar that appears in the top-right corner of your screen. This shortcut gives you quick access to many macOS Accessibility features such as VoiceOver, Zoom, and Colour Filters. You can also add the Accessibility Shortcuts button to the Control Centre menu that appears in the menu bar.

- Select the Apple icon
in the top left corner of the screen. - Select System Preferences from the menu.

- In the System Preferences window, select the Dock and Menu Bar icon.

- In the left column of the Dock and Menu Bar preferences window, scroll down and select Accessibility Shortcuts.

- In the right column, tick the checkbox for where you want the shortcut to appear – the Menu Bar or the Control Centre. You can choose both options if you prefer.

- When you have finished, click the Close (red) button in the top left corner of the System Preferences window.

Menu Bar shortcut
- If you have enabled the Menu Bar shortcut, select the Accessibility Shortcuts button in the menu bar.

- Select the feature you would like to activate from the Accessibility Shortcuts menu.

- The Accessibility Shortcuts menu also includes links to Keyboard Shortcuts preferences and Accessibility preferences.

Control Centre shortcut
- If you have enabled the Control Centre shortcut, select the Control Centre button in the menu bar.

- Select the Accessibility Shortcuts button from the Control Centre.

- Select the feature you would like to activate from the Accessibility Shortcuts menu.

- The Accessibility Shortcuts menu also includes links to Keyboard Shortcuts preferences and Accessibility preferences.

Note: If this does not work, it could be because someone else manages your computer settings (an IT department or administrator). If this is the case, you will need to contact them to access these settings or for further help.
